Mobile Installers


The FCS Installers Group is formed of companies and individuals involved in the installation of communications equipment into mobile environments, particularly road vehicles. Group members, who all work to the FCS Ethical Code of Practice, range from large organisations with their own employed and sub-contracted installation engineers to experienced individuals providing installation services direct to customers. Many installer group members belong to the Silver Award Scheme for Mobile Equipment Installers. Click here for the list of accredited installers


All mobile equipment installers are expected to comply with the Code of Practice known as MPT1362 - Explanatory Leaflet which contains guidance on best practice to provide a safe installation for vehicle drivers and their passengers.

 

 

Comms Installer is the annual convention for installers, their suppliers and customers with a conference, exhibition and demonstrations
